I have been seeing some luck with MVA legal leads for personal injury. The problem I am encountering lately is the handoff. I have been getting a lot of calls that end up in voicemail at the law firm because no one is there to take the calls. This has been happening with about 20-25% of all calls.
The issue is, I am not paid for these calls and I think it's a problem from my perspective because it's not something I can control. So, is there something I should be doing or asking for from the networks I am working with on this? Should I be requesting credit from them for calls driven?
