Hey Pay Per Callers! I'm new here, and new to pay per call, just started testing this out 3 weeks ago.
My background is as a media buyer for ecom and high ticket coaching funnels. I've spent over $20mill in ad spend for clients over the last 5 years on Meta.
Pay per call + the recent update with meta removing tracking for health and wellness companies has been a huge learning curve for me recently.
We were running purchase objective but running completely blind on where conversions were coming from because meta's update where they removed lower end objective tracking for health and wellness brands.
During this time our cost per call would fluctuate each day from $70 to over $240 cost per call.
We recently started testing a new pixel with a new ad account that isn't U.S. Based and tracking for "Lead" and "Call" now works here.
Today we are getting calls between $3-$8 now (from the week priors average average of $110.) but the majority of callers on this objective are hangups. Quality calls (over 90 seconds) are coming in around $60.
Our current CPA is $829.94 on purchases (since launching 3 weeks ago), CPA we have with private buyer is $180.

- For those advertising on Meta, how much are you seeing cost per call come in at? What is a good benchmark range here?
- What objectives are you running (Purchase, Lead, Lead Forms, Contact?)
- How are you qualifying the traffic before sending to your buyer? We just updated the ads and ad copy to further qualify, but I am assuming there is probably a more efficient way like an ISA, or some type of survey qualifier?
- How are you tracking (if you are hit with the no tracking issue)? Our current solution (new ad account, new pixel) I feel is a bandaid solution to a bigger problem. Are there any software's outside of Ringba you use for the ad tracking portion?
