AdWords Landing Page

Can anyone point me to what a good simple landing page would look like for Adwords?
A lot of of the landing pages I’ve seen for paper call are very stripped down. Is this still a good technique to go with Adwords or should it have more content on it?

I too would LOVE access to that resource .....entered my details but the download button doesn't seem to wok
