Pay Per Call Client Billing

Hello,

Is there any software that people use for client billing that ideally integrates with the Ringba API? I would like a offer a white label client portal where clients can view recorded calls, have a running balance for calls and integrate with Stripe. Does this exist? How do you manage billing?
